While discussing about nutritional value of the ingredients of the sushi rolls we should not ignore the see-weed sheets that are used to wrap the rolls. These weeds contain many minerals like iodine which is very essential for proper hormone function in the body. It also contains magnesium, calcium, iron and antioxidants.
